The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health condition or disease. By purchasing these products you are stating that you are at least 18 years of age.
All products should be stored away from the reach of children, pets or mentally challenged persons.
Certain essential oils can irritate the skin. Sweet Bea’s Creations are not intended for internal ingestion. Pregnant women should avoid using any products containing essential oils.
Sweet Bea’s Creations shall, under no circumstance, be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from, or in connection to, the use, misuse, or inability to use the materials and products available on said website. In no event shall Sweet Bea’s Creations total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the materials or products.
Products purchased through Sweet Bea’s Creations are non-refundable. All opened or used products purchased through Sweet Bea’s Creations are non-refundable. Please make sure you intend to order what you selected before you finalize the order. Please click on the products to read descriptions for each product. We do not accept returns for any other reason not related to a mistake at our end. The raw materials we offer are all natural and, as such, may vary in color, consistency and aroma from batch to batch.
The customer agrees to hold Sweet Bea’s Creations harmless for any other costs other than those associated with the direct purchase price of the product purchased. Sweet Bea’s Creations does not refund shipping charges. How Should I Use My Body Butter?

Sweet Bea's Creations body butters are for external use only.
 
Apply a nickel sized amount to palms of hand and rub together to form clear oil.
Apply where needed. A little goes a long way!

Sweet Bea's Creations does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason due to the nature of the products sold. However, please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Processing and Shipping

Normal Processing time for all orders is 7-10 days. Although listed as "In Stock", product is made to order unless otherwise noted.
 
Holiday/Sale Processing Time is 2-3 weeks. We do not expect orders to take that long to ship out; however, we do allow ourselves a grace period due to an influx of orders.
 
Customs
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  Sweet Bea's Creations is not responsible for delays due to customs.

My Order Arrived Damaged. What should I do?

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include the picture of the shipping box and damaged item(s) along with the order number. Your request will be responded to in 24 hours. All damages reported outside of the 24 hour time frame will not be honored.
